Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
Our parts ship from several warehouses. Many items arrive in about 7–12 business days; larger items such as roofs, windshields and doors can take longer. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.
Some orders with more than one item ship in separate packages. You'll get tracking for each one.
Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging.
- Email info@utvwholesaler.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Once the return arrives and is inspected, we'll refund your original payment method.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
